Roles & Permissions
VOTLI uses role-based access control to manage what team members can do within a team.
Available roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Can manage billing, delete the team, and manage all members. There is always exactly one owner per team. |
| Admin | Can manage apps, pages, and team members (except the owner). Cannot access billing. |
| Member | Can view and edit app content (pages, drafts, publish). Cannot manage team members or billing. |
Changing a member's role
Owners and admins can change the role of other team members:
- Go to Settings → Team
- Find the member in the list
- Use the role dropdown to change their role
You cannot change the role of the team owner, or assign the Owner role to another member (ownership transfer is not currently supported).
