Classic Dashboard
VOTLI ships a simplified dashboard by default: a compliance checklist on Home, a content-first editor, and a Settings hub. The previous interface - referred to as the classic version - is still available, and no feature was removed from it.
Switching versions
Use the button in the top bar:
- On the current dashboard, click Classic version to switch back
- On the classic dashboard, click Try the new version to switch forward
The choice applies to your own account only - your teammates keep whichever version they're using - and it lasts for your current sign-in session.
Classic navigation
The classic sidebar exposes each area as its own item:
| Section | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pages | Manage all your compliance and microsite pages |
| Overview | Edit your app's metadata (icon, description, store URLs) |
| Appearance | Customize the look of your public microsite |
| Deletion Requests | View and manage data deletion requests from your users |
| Support | View support tickets submitted via your support page |
| Waitlist | View and export waitlist signups |
| Integration | Embed script and API key management |
| Settings | App settings, custom domain, billing |
What's different
| Current | Classic | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting screen | Home checklist with a store-readiness score | Pages grid |
| Creating an app | Name and address, then create | Four-step wizard (also available via Advanced setup) |
| Creating a compliance page | Add page opens the questionnaire directly | Create the page, then open it and click Generate |
| Editing legal text | Content editor with the visual builder as an escape hatch | Visual builder only |
| Operations & integrations | Grouped in the Settings hub | Separate sidebar items |
Note: The rest of this documentation describes the current dashboard. If you're on the classic version, the concepts - draft/publish, page types, wizards, plans - are identical; only the navigation differs.
