Customer Portal
VOTLI uses Polar for subscription management. The customer portal lets you manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices.
Accessing the portal
- Go to Settings → Billing in the dashboard
- Click Manage subscription (or Customer portal)
- You'll be redirected to the Polar-hosted billing portal
What you can do in the portal
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Update payment method - change your credit card or payment details
- Download invoices - access PDF invoices for all past payments
- Cancel subscription - cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Reactivate - resubscribe if you previously cancelled
Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription:
- You keep paid plan access until the end of your current billing period
- After that, your team reverts to the free plan
- Your data is preserved - apps, pages, and content are not deleted
- Some features (embed, waitlist export, MCP write) become inaccessible until you resubscribe
