Customer Portal

VOTLI uses Polar for subscription management. The customer portal lets you manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices.

Accessing the portal

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in the dashboard
  2. Click Manage subscription (or Customer portal)
  3. You'll be redirected to the Polar-hosted billing portal

What you can do in the portal

  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Update payment method - change your credit card or payment details
  • Download invoices - access PDF invoices for all past payments
  • Cancel subscription - cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Reactivate - resubscribe if you previously cancelled

Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

  • You keep paid plan access until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, your team reverts to the free plan
  • Your data is preserved - apps, pages, and content are not deleted
  • Some features (embed, waitlist export, MCP write) become inaccessible until you resubscribe
