Inviting Members
You can invite other people to join your team in VOTLI. Invited members share access to all apps under the team.
Sending an invitation
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Select a role: Admin or Member
- Click Send invitation
The invited person will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation.
Invitation link
Invitations are tied to a unique token. If the recipient doesn't receive the email, you can copy the invitation link from the team settings page and send it manually.
Accepting an invitation
When someone clicks the invitation link:
- If they already have a VOTLI account, they'll be added to the team immediately
- If they don't have an account, they'll be prompted to sign up first and then added to the team
Managing pending invitations
You can see all pending invitations in Settings → Team. From there you can:
- Cancel an invitation (the link becomes invalid)
- Resend the invitation email
Removing a member
To remove a member from your team:
- Go to Settings → Team
- Find the member
- Click the Remove button
Removed members immediately lose access to all apps in the team. Their content contributions are not deleted.
